How do I enable Pause & Resume?

The Pause & Resume feature can be enabled for specific users from within ConnectPro Admin from the Security tab, for those with access permissions enabled for ConnectPro.

Select the Security tab as shown below:

Select the user and toggle the Pause & Resume role for that user, as shown in the example below:

Note:

For those with access to ConnectPro Admin other Agent Assist Roles can be enabled for users as shown below:
