If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
On the My Account page, accessible from the top navigation menu:
Click on Unregistered drop-down
Select Registered from the available options.

Click 'Registered' as shown
The following will now be displayed to show you are now 'Registered'

You are now registered 'Available'. However, to receive team calls you will still need to change your 'Readiness Status' to 'Ready', which is covered within another FAQ (see links in the related posts below).

From the Cloud Contact Centre Registration
1. Click on Unregistered click right

2. Registered will now be displayed
