If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
On the My Account page, accessible from the top navigation menu:
Click on Registered, from the drop-down.
Select Unregistered from the available options.

Tip: If you wish to make yourself unavailable for team calls, then this can be done within Call Assistant.

Click on 'Unregistered' as shown.
You will now be 'Unregistered' (unavailable) as shown in the example below:

If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?
From the Cloud Contact Centre Registration
1. Click on Registered click left

2. Unregistered will now be displayed
