How do I enable Supervisor Agent Assist?

For those with ConnectPro Admin access, supervisor Agent Assist features can be enabled for selected users from the Admin and Security tabs from the ConnectPro homepage.

Select the users from the Security tab as shown in this example:

Select the User and toggle left/right to enable/disable the Supervisor Agent Assist features.
