You can access the IVR Administration web portal here:
If you are authorised to access the IVR (iAB) Administration portal, your username and password will be provided by your Service Provider or your business Administrator
Enter your username and password.
Click Sign In.
Depending on the products your business is using you may see a portal as as shown in the example below:
Click on the IAB link to access the IVR Administration Manager.
