If you are accessing Cloud Contact Centre from the hub (web access).
Enter your username and password.
Click Sign In.
If this is your first time signing in you will be required to create your own personal password. Follow the steps within Cloud Contact Centre.
If you are experiencing problems signing in please ensure that you are using the correct username and password. If you have forgotten either of these, contact your administrator or service provider .

How to sign in to the Cloud Contact Centre from Microsoft Teams?
Select the Cloud Contact Centre app from your Teams Toolbar
Sign in with your Username and Password.
