Agent Assist for ConnectPro
The initial release of Agent Assist introduces an AI-based agent for ConnectPro calls. It automatically transcribes and summarizes inbound and outbound Agent calls. At the end of each call, the Agent's Call History Pane will display:
Call Recording (Available 6th June 2025)
Call Transcription
Call Summary
Suggested Issues and Resolutions derived from the call transcription.
Additional functionalities:
Pause/Resume recording and transcription for PCI compliance.
Download the recording, transcription, and summary.
Copy and paste the transcription and/or summary.
Note: Agent Assist for ConnectPro requires a licensed add-on subscription.
